Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KBJS Studios ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

KBJS Studios provides creative digital services including:

• Custom YouTube thumbnail design
• Discord server setup, configuration, and management
• Minecraft server development (plugins, builds, setup)
• Video editing (short-form and long-form)

3. Ordering and Pricing

Pricing is displayed on our interactive configurator and is subject to change. All prices are in USD. Quotes generated through our configurator are estimates; final pricing may be confirmed during the intake process.

• Orders are placed via our online configurator and confirmed through Discord.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe). Full or partial payment may be required before work begins, depending on the project scope.

• Payment is due as agreed in the project intake discussion.
• For large projects, milestone payments may be arranged.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

Delivery estimates provided are based on project complexity and current workload. Standard turnaround times are:

• Thumbnails: 24–48 hours
• Discord setup: 2–5 days
• Minecraft development: 3–14 days depending on scope
• Video editing: 2–4 days

Express options may be available at additional cost.

6. Revisions and Refunds

We offer revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• If work has not begun, a full refund may be issued.
• If work is in progress, partial refunds may be considered based on completed deliverables.
• Completed and delivered work is not eligible for refunds unless a defect is present.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights to the delivered work. KBJS Studios reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not resell our work as your own or use it in a way that infringes on third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

KBJS Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or reputation.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems
• Harass or abuse our team members

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KBJS Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
